After the great success of the first Robocomp’2010 <photos>, it is with pleasure to announce that the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) Tunisia Chapter, the IEEE Student Branch in the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS), the IEEE RAS Student Chapter in ENIS, and the IEEE Women In Engineering (WIE) Tunisia Affinity Group will organize the second Robotics Competition RoboComp’2011 from 18 to 20 December 2011, in Laico Hotel, Yassmine Hammamet – Tunisia <venue>
The main purpose of this competition is to bring together students, young researchers, professionals, and robotics specialists to exchange ideas and share problem solving strategies pertaining to robotics.
The competition contains the four Tracks below:
- Innovation in robotics building
- Wheeled robots for line following
- Wheeled robots for obstacles avoidance
- Biped Robots for a walking race

In addition, A Robot Craft for Kids Contest (kids from 3 to 11 years old) will take place in the same venue on 20 December 2011 from 9am to 12am. with the following subject: How Imagine you the Robot of the Future? <photos of the 2010 kids contest>
